Participant, Speaker, Visitor & Student Guide

🚀 Getting Started & Registration (All Users)
  1. Registration into the System:

    If you are a first-time user, go to the main website: and click LOGIN (Top Right) followed by CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Complete the form and await email verification from the Admin. Please make sure you verify the email.

  2. Navigating to the Innovation Course:

    After logging in, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the course menu: USM-AUSC International Sports Innovation Challenge 2025. Alternatively, use the direct link below (for Participants/Speakers/Visitors):

  3. Enrolment Keys (User Access Code):

    You must enter a specific Enrolment Key to access content relevant to your role. Click ENROL NOW after entering the correct key:

    • Innovation Competition: Participant2025!
    • Student Menu: Student2025!
    • Speaker: Speaker2025!
    • Visitor: Visitor2025!
🏆 Competition Submission Guide

Follow these steps for the Innovation Competition submission (must be in the Innovation Competition or Student Menu group):

  1. Click SUBMIT YOUR INNOVATION (choose your category: Professional / Student).
  2. Click ADD SUBMISSION.
  3. Critical: You must submit your information LINE BY LINE (press ENTER after each line) into the provided submission box. Your final submission must consist of 8 lines:
    • Line 1: PROJECT TITLE (Long)
    • Line 2: PROBLEM STATEMENT (maximum of 100 words)
    • Line 3: INNOVATIVE SOLUTION (maximum of 100 words)
    • Line 4: INNOVATION PHOTO (Google Drive Share Link - Ensure viewable!)
    • Line 5: INNOVATION VIDEO (YouTube Unlisted Link, if any)
    • Line 6: YOUR NAME / TEAM MEMBERS (IF ANY) – INCLUDING TITLE
    • Line 7: YOUR INSTITUTION
    • Line 8: YOUR EMAIL
  4. When complete, click SAVE CHANGES. You can Edit/Delete before the submission deadline.
🎤 Speaker Profile Submission

Follow these steps (must be in the Speaker group):

  1. Click the SPEAKER SUBMISSION button.
  2. Click SUBMIT.
  3. Submit your profile information LINE BY LINE (press ENTER after each line). Your submission must consist of 5 lines:
    • Line 1: NAME WITH TITLE
    • Line 2: ORGANIZATION
    • Line 3: YOUR TITLE OF PRESENTATION
    • Line 4: YOUR BIBLIOGRAPHY (Brief Bio)
    • Line 5: PROFESSIONAL PHOTO (Google Drive Share Link - Ensure viewable!)
  4. Click SAVE CHANGES.
👀 Visitor System Use

Visitors (enrolled with the Visitor key) can use the system to:

  • Browse Announcements: Check the ANNOUNCEMENT section for schedule changes, event updates, and prize ceremony details.
  • View Public Abstracts: Access public facing innovation abstracts and profiles shared by participants and speakers (if permission is granted by the organizers).
  • Access Live Streams/Recordings: Access links to live-streamed presentations and recordings if provided in the course resources.

Jury & Head Jury Guide

🔑 Jury Enrolment & Course Access

Follow the initial Registration and Navigation steps in the *SDG INNOVATION COMPETITION* tab. Then, use the dedicated course link and official Jury Enrolment Key:

⚖️ Jury System Usage & Assessment
  1. Access the Grading Interface: Navigate to the Innovation Competition activity within the course to view assigned submissions.
  2. (Head Jury Only) Submission Allocation:

    Click SWITCH TO NEXT PHASE (if required) and then ALLOCATE SUBMISSION to assign specific entries to respective jury members based on expertise/field.

  3. Evaluation: Click on the submission title to review the project details (the 8 lines of text, photo link, video link).
  4. Entering Marks: Click the Grade/View Mark button to access the rubric and input your scores. You are mandated to EVALUATE MINIMUM OF 10 SUBMISSIONS.
  5. On-Site Re-Assessment: During the event, you can click RE-ASSESS to adjust marks if needed after meeting the participant. Always click SAVE AND CONTINUE to record your updated evaluation.
  6. (Head Jury Only) Finalizing Grades:

    Once all marks are in, the Head Jury must click RE-CALCULATE GRADES and then SWITCH TO THE NEXT PHASE and CONTINUE to finalize the competition results for the category.
